Aloha! and Mahalo nui for your interest in our small business!

To further hoolauna (introduce, greet) we want to share a bit about our small business! My name is Maka! I started this small business to celebrate, teach, and normalize olelo Hawaii

I'm an ongoing student of the language and throughout my journey to return olelo Hawaii to our home, I've often thought about the items I use daily and how those things can be in Hawaiian too. I may have a slight school supply addiction lol which drove my desire to create office and school supplies in Hawaiian language :) 

On my path to support and promote efforts to revitalize Hawaiian, I noticed that it's important to do the "big stuff" (pass laws, take classes, etc) and "the small stuff" (write/say the date in Hawaiian or greet others in Hawaiian). Both the maco and micro help and advance one another.
